How Wolffmark collects, uses and protects personal information.

Wolffmark respects the privacy of people who visit the website, make enquiries, arrange viewings, purchase furniture or commission a piece.
Wolffmark is based in Tauranga, New Zealand.
This policy explains the personal information Wolffmark may collect, why it is collected, how it may be used or disclosed, and how you can ask to access or correct information held about you.
1. Information we may collect
Depending on how you interact with Wolffmark, we may collect:
- your name

- telephone number
- enquiry details and correspondence
- delivery and billing information
- delivery-access information you provide
- information relevant to a furniture commission
- viewing requests and appointment information
- purchase, quotation, invoice and transaction records
- warranty, care or after-sales correspondence

- cookie or advertising identifiers generated through analytics and advertising services
You can browse the website without providing Wolffmark with your name, email address or telephone number.
Unless Wolffmark tells you otherwise for a particular collection, providing information through the website is voluntary.
If you want Wolffmark to respond to an enquiry, arrange a viewing, prepare a quotation, process a purchase, build a commission, arrange delivery or provide after-sales support, some personal information will be necessary. If you do not provide the information reasonably required for that purpose, Wolffmark may not be able to provide the requested service.

4. Meta Pixel
The Wolffmark website may use the Meta Pixel to understand website activity and measure advertising performance.

Wolffmark does not intentionally send the contents of enquiry or purchase forms to Meta as advertising event parameters. Names, email addresses, telephone numbers, delivery addresses and enquiry messages must not be included in Wolffmark's custom analytics events unless there is a lawful basis and the implementation has been deliberately reviewed for that purpose.
Meta's own handling of information is governed by Meta's policies and settings.
5. Google Analytics
The Wolffmark website may use Google Analytics to understand website traffic, performance and how visitors use the site.
Google Analytics may process technical and usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from network information, device or browser information and other analytics identifiers.
Wolffmark must not intentionally include names, email addresses, telephone numbers, delivery addresses or free-text enquiry content in analytics event parameters.
Google's handling of information is governed by Google's own policies and settings.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
The website and third-party analytics or advertising services may use cookies or similar technologies.
These technologies can help:

- understand website traffic

- measure advertising effectiveness

7. Information collected from another source
Most Wolffmark customer information is collected directly from the person concerned.

That notice may include the fact the information was collected, why it was collected, intended recipients, who collects and holds it, and the person's rights to access and request correction.
8. Overseas processing
Some technology providers used by Wolffmark may process or store information outside New Zealand.
Where personal information is disclosed overseas, Wolffmark will handle the disclosure in accordance with applicable New Zealand privacy requirements.
Some providers may process information on Wolffmark's behalf rather than receiving it for their own purposes. Their own contractual terms, privacy practices and processing locations may also apply.
9. Storage and security
Wolffmark takes reasonable steps to protect personal information against loss, unauthorised access, misuse, modification or disclosure.
No internet or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Wolffmark retains personal information only for as long as it is reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected, for legitimate business administration, or to meet legal, tax, accounting or record-keeping requirements.
When information is no longer reasonably required, Wolffmark may delete or anonymise it.
10. Access and correction
You can ask Wolffmark whether it holds personal information about you and request access to that information.
You can also ask Wolffmark to correct personal information you believe is inaccurate.
