Delivery

Wolffmark arranges delivery of completed furniture throughout New Zealand.

Every piece is different in size, weight and construction, so delivery is quoted individually rather than calculated automatically at checkout.

Your delivery quote takes into account:

• destination
• size and weight of the piece
• access to the property
• stairs, lifts or narrow entrances
• whether the top and base need to travel separately
• assembly or placement required at delivery

Before we quote

We will ask for your delivery postcode and any access information that could affect the delivery.

Please tell us about stairs, lifts, narrow entrances, steep or restricted driveways, difficult parking or other access constraints. Photographs can be useful where access is unusual.

How furniture travels

Where appropriate, tables may be transported with the tabletop and base separated to protect the piece in transit.

If assembly or placement at the destination is included in your quote, we will arrange this as part of delivery.

Delivery timing

We will agree the expected delivery timing with you once the order is confirmed and the carrier has been booked.

Delivery dates depend on destination, carrier availability and the requirements of the individual piece.

On arrival

Please inspect the furniture as soon as reasonably practical after delivery.

If you notice transit damage or anything that does not look right, contact Wolffmark promptly and send photographs so we can assess it.

Where Wolffmark has arranged the delivery, we will deal with the carrier where required.

Collection

Collection from Tauranga can be arranged by appointment.

If you arrange your own carrier, tell us before collection so we can agree packing, collection and handover requirements.
